To test if Mendeley works on your devices, you can try these files to see if your device is compatible with Mendeley.

Mendeley will use LUMINATE ENGINE 7 engine to process PDF and EBook files on client-side. For other files, Mendeley will use most of Google elements, such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and so on. Your device should be able to view most of the files normally.

Files opening speed depends on client-side.
